I have six or seven Brakners, four Comoys, eight MM Cobs and two Savinelli 320s. Everything else is from various makers, both factory and individual artisan. I will shortly have my second pipe from Jason and would like another from Ron. I plan to get one or two from Mr. Perkins here as well.

I have been watching her progress as a pipemaker for a few years. She has some very interesting shapes. The ones where the briar curls around a seperate shank are amazing. The lady has an eye for form. Her stains and choice of briar are also excellent. Fully agree. Too bad I'll NEVER be able to afford one. That said, I'm kinda happy being my own cobbler's child...

Take a look left. It's been there in my profile a long time. Mark, they are such cool smokers and exceedingly comfortable. I know why you like them. I could see getting a third or fourth at some point.

Jason, If I might say so, you have developed as a maker very quickly. You have an eye for form and understand function. I love that first little pipe I got from you and am buzzing with anticipation to see what shows up in my mailbox shortly. We are very fortunate to have our own little group of pipe artisans here in the Patch. You guys are great. I wish Scottie would post here more often by the way.

I currently have mostly Peterson and Savinelli pipes. The styles I enjoy the most are bent or partially bent billiards, Bulldogs, Danish Style, Dublins, Rhodesian etc etc. I mostly like a great smoking pipe that fills the hand: outside diameter and bowl height of at least 1.7 inches. I see a Peterson House Pipe in my near future. But someday would love to be able to afford a Castillo black Sea Rock KKKK or G; or something like this Rinaldo Rhodesian:
