Fresh off the workbench and ready to smoke. Shipped in from Romania and taking what seemed like an eternity, it was worth the wait. For the first smoke I’m thinking English or English...

A stunning piece. Any idea of its age? It’s a 1970. Most of my BBB’s are much older but this is the only spigot model I’ve ever seen. I whipped out my wallet like it was high noon in the Wild West when I seen it.

It ticks all the boxes for me. * straight * British * traditional shape * a bit of silver bling And the icing on the cake is that it is a spigot. I have to stop revisiting this thread. It makes me want to pile up all my briar, soak it in kerosene, throw a match on it, and pout.

You can't go wrong with a BBB especially how that one looks. If it's a pre '90s pipe it's made from oil cured Algerian briar so it should smoke like a dream !

If you feel such a strong urge to discpose of your pipes, I'll take them off of your hands......for your own good, of course. I'll take no joy in it That really is an amazing pipe. I love British briar, such elegance
