As an old engineer by training and trade, I can concentrate on a technical problem for long periods, and am happiest doing so. As far as meditating, I leave that to philosophers. ...all three are a matter of directing attention in one way or another... IMHO... 'Tis true. Although, to my mind, concentration implies focus on a specific issue to be resolved, whereas the other 2 imply more abstract thought.

Well, What with thinking about solving airplane problems, making pipes, giving some serious though to economics and politics, I just don't have the interest in further abstractions. Makes my head hurt.
