Not too long ago a tragic event happened and my very first and favorite pipe fell and broke in half. It was an older briar filter pipe. On the shank it had a somewhat thick yellow ring with the letter M in the middle of that ring. That’s all I know about the pipe and would love to find another. If anyone knows the manufacturer I would appreciate the help.

I mean, I used to know for I had several in the 1960s, but it's been a while. |

I'm not sure about your pipe, but welcome to the forum. To post a picture, you use the Reply button, not the Post Quick Reply button - or I at least I think that is how it works. There is a button use to add a photo from a file. That's what I know about it and I have managed to post a photo or two.
