I was extremely disappointed with their 2017 Thanksgiving Day blend. I purchased 2 and the pipe smoker I gifted the other to was completely underwhelmed as well. I made 2 phone calls with NO returns and 2 emails with NO responses. I have enough of their Burley blends so I’m done with that Boston attitude!!

I once had an order go a little wrong with them, they gave me 2 oz of something when I'd ordered 4, but they also went an ounce or two heavy on several other things I ordered. I called them, asked them to send the missing two oz, and, no questions asked, they sent me more than needed. Dude was a little gruff on the phone, but I've always had good experiences with them. Go figure. Regardless of attitude, though... I do enjoy this blend a lot. |

I went to Massachusettes to work for a couple months a few years back. My old boss moved up there and asked me to fly up and help him with a job. He was turning a 1 story house into a 2. I loved it there, even with the blizzards. Boston is a beautiful town, I love old buildings. What I didnt love was the heroin zombies that littered the streets always asking for cigarettes. And the "Boston Attitude."
(I know this has nothing to do with this thread but "boston attitude" caught my attention.)
