Anyone else have tins stashed that they have never tasted? I have several blends that I have stashed in quantity (>5 cans) that I have never even tried. 99% sure that I am going to like them, so why not? Eventually I will get around to them...
St James Flake (yea I know, sacrilege. Just never got around to cracking a tin) Squadron Leader Marlin Flake McC 2010

More than I can probably keep track of. When Mclelland went down, I did grab several blends I'd not had before. Similarly, when Syrian latakia disappeared from their stocks, I grabbed a few things that I still haven't touched. It should all age very nicely.

Only a couple that I'm waiting for the right BOM month to open.
I'm not a great one for aging without opening. If I bought 2 at a time I would, but I can't afford that.

I taste everything I get so far before jarring it. Although, the only thing I'm aging right now is some McClelland 40th and some Sutliff 515 rc-1.

Thank goodness I'm not the only one. When the C&D Red Va Flake hit the shelves, I'll probably do the same...

I lost track of all the ones I've cellared that I may have never tasted, because maybe I did at some point and just forgot. One that I'm pretty sure that I haven't tasted is McC Grey Havens. I was going to taste it but a friend told me that it was a terrible blend. So I've postponed the acquaintance. I guess that I'll try it some time, maybe my appreciation will be different than his.

There are a lot of them that I have cellared that I haven't tried. Plum Pudding, Hal o' the Wynd, MArlin Flake, too many to list.

One 8oz tin of GLP Union Square that stares me in the face every time I open the door to my pitiful cellar.
