It's been awhile since I stopped to say Hi.
Not much is going on here. I have to go to Cardic Rehab 3 times a week. The most of the time I look for things to keep me busy. I have found that boredom is a bitch.
Below is what can happen to a mind when bored.
The dog sings a song The cat yowls the tune The bird whistles the melody The insects chirp the chorus While the cows dance a jig The horses find the mash and gets smashed The animals of the forest sits under the trees and laugh The crows cry "What a sight this night" As the Moon rises the frogs croaked " What a night indeed" Bats winging there to here and back and forth in time with melody The moon sets as the sun rises creatures large and small scamper to their beds large and small All dream of a nite when nothing matters but the music and songs

G'Day John, the verse remind me of a peaceful version of a wild rock song, but a little contentment at times is all I ask, amidst the maddening crowd, I have started on BP tablets myself , early days, & the trips to the Doc, I dread already,. Have a happy pipedream & some good healing.

The focus of my life has been changed. In the past it was to work all day every day. Relax when the time allowed and enjoy the musings of the wife. She is a funny person her stories about the events of her job is nutty. BTW, she is a School Nurse. Now my focus is to get healthy so I can enjoy my wife and sons. Each is different than the others and present life in a different way. So in short by me having to go though that Triple By-pass and all the issues that came with it, things can only get better. I can tell you this at 64 and spending the last 50 years working there are times when boredom sets in.
Have a good day John R

Good Day Guys and Gals,
Just got home from seeing the surgeon that did the by-pass surgery. He was pleased with the way I am healing. He was also happy to hear that I have been doing small amounts of yard work to help my heart in gaining strength along with the cardiac rehab. They also did an ultrasound of the stomach area and if they don't find anything I will not have to go back and see him. You know I am thankful that I listened to the Heart Docs in the past and as much as I hated to take those blood pressure pills, I am glad I did. At the time of the surgery I could of had major Heart failure at anytime. My Heart was working with less than 50% strength and this was along with the effects of my physical disabilities.
On thing I have noticed the past few weeks is that it seems to me I smoke less than before.
Have a great day John R
