This will be my first Black Friday since I re-discovered pipe smoking. Last I smoked a pipe, Black Friday hadn't yet been invented. I'm not normally a Black Friday fan, but I'm more highly motivated this year with my TAD and PAD in full gear.
What can I expect in terms of deals? Are there some? Are there none? B&M only or online as well? I would appreciate some guidance so I don't wake up on Saturday wishing I had gone shopping!

Most of the etailers offer some discounts that weekend but I was holding out for at least a 25% discount at on a expensive estate pipe at Smokingpipes last year and was very disappointed with the 15% store credit they offered last year. I let the pipe go and I regret it now.  |

What I want is 20% off new pipes at SP. I'm looking at some pipes and with 20% off I could actually afford them. But I probably won't buy anything unless the sale is really good. So more than likely my black friday will be lacking tobacco.

I was curious myself and a few weeks ago looked at old social media posts. Keep in mind, there's also "Cyber Monday" sales too. Black Friday 2017 P&C: Buy1/Get1 for various blends. SP: For every $50 spent, get $5 store credit. TP: Did not see a post for last year or other years. Cyber Monday 2017 P&C: 15% sitewide on orders over $49 SP: Nothing found. TP: The best I could find was 15% sitewide in 2015. With this said, both SP and TP ran sales at times for various things on non-holiday sales day leading up to Christmas. Like SP did a sale of 15% off bulk C&D. So it would seem to me to just keep an eye out and as always, we all here try and spread the word on the forum.  |
