My Mom has always been great at roasting a turkey, look forward to it every year. Might be getting oyster stuffing if we can find good oysters this year! Oyster stuffing?  Now that's a new one for me. Do you rate it higher than the typical sage and onion and breadcrumb stuffing? |

I love oyster dressing/stuffing. Where I go, no one else does. So, I make my own at home. Oysters go well with the bird.

I enjoy Turkey every way you can make it. Plate full of dark meat is always tasty! When I do it myself I do smoke the meat but, I don't have an oven, or a fryer , and I do have a smoker. Makes the choice on how to cook it easier for sure.

I enjoy any type of stuffing as long as it’s moist. My top three favorites, in no particular order....sausage, oyster or chestnut 👍👍👍
