Hi, as I said in my introduction thread, I run an online vintage and antiques shop, and last week I found a curious pipe at a flea market. It has a mark that reads "real asbestos - best quality". I attach a picture. I thought I could find some info on the web, but I didn't, so I am here to ask your help. If you have any information about this pipe, or more in general about pipes with asbestos, it would be very helpful. Thank you

I believe these were around the early 1900's well before we all found out that asbestos is harmful.

Thank you very much! So I might stay here even if not a pipe smoker, I have always had a fascination for pipes. Uh, speaking of which, a question is rising here, I will start another thread.
