I was going to ask but I found this awesome thread that is totally spot on. I want cinnamon, pumpkin spice (not pumpkin flavor), maybe some nutmeg, pine needles, marshmallows, plums, rums, cake, butter cream frosting, different mints, butter toffee, anise. not all at the same time but something like that. what do you think of this russ guy? I am skeptical. www.pipesandcigars.com/shop/russ-blends/1701936/I am more inclined to try something something boswell's.

Russ Ouellette is the head blender at P&C and has blended some excellent tobaccos. I'm not going to say they are all winners but the man knows a thing or two.

I have enough McClelland's Holiday Spirit to last for the next few years. I haven't seen anything else in that vein that appeals to me. Peterson Holiday Spirit is interesting, but I don't know if they still make it.

Bengal Slices is his and my main goto this quarter.

+ 1 on Russ
Just knowing the story on reviving War Horse and the role he played is just icing on the cake of what I already knew.
I don’t like all his blends, but he has created plenty of blends that would keep me content.

Boswell Christmas Cookie and McC Christmas Cheer are my Christmas smokes, about the only time I smoke them.

Boswell Christmas Cookie and McC Christmas Cheer are my Christmas smokes, about the only time I smoke them. Never had the McC Christmas Cheer, but I did manage to buy a tin when the bomb dropped. I'm afraid to open it. I figure it will be a nice treat years from now, but sad. Like smoking an American Bison. haha
