Hot damn guys, yesterday I received a notice that the Zippo Repair Ctr received my lighters for repair. Today I receive an email saying my Zippos are finished and being shipped.

They need to get with the times.
They should have sent your lighters to the focus group, so that they could come to a consensus on how best to repair the lighter and gauge the best Yelp rating....that should take at least a couple weeks!

I think nowadays they don't really repair them, they either stuff new guts in the old case or shove a new case on the old guts, which ever is needed.
