On Amazon, 99% of the "reviews" are fakes anyway.

And that ain't all that uncommon across all free review sites. If the cost of creating 100x accounts is less than the value to a product in having 100x positive reviews, you're gonna have a site full of spam.

Amazon doesn't give a damn. It's OK if 100% of reviews are fake, from their perspective -- whatever tempts punters to buy is all good
