Too cold to smoke or even get out of bed

Hi friends,

I noticed that when people stop posting suddenly, after a few days a "where is he thread" appears, so I thought I would post this, although its not something I normally do.  I probably won't be around for awhile.  I've reached that part of the year (specifically, the winter) where its very difficult, if not impossible most of the time, to even smoke a pipe due to my living circumstances right now, which force me to smoke outdoors.  This coming December, I will be with some other friends who are much more accepting of my hobby.  There's that small issue, and then the issue of my health.  This is the "black" part of winter during which it is difficult on most days, and impossible on many days, to get out of bed.  I'm literally heading straight for the equator in about two months.  My old tired bones just can't take it anymore!  Anyhow, as I sit here and sadly gaze upon my freshly cleaned pipe accumulation (not collection), I will sign off for a bit.  However, I am actually in very high spirits, because I just finished a rough sketch of the next book I am writing.  Where its warmer, I'll be writing about some place much colder, for a bit of irony that is actually quite famous when you think about it.  Happy holidays everyone.  I'll be back before Christmas.  Keeping the tobacco and groovy hits flowing.
