Hola!
As I said in my presentation thread, I've sold all my pipes and now I'm starting again... I've got a Devil Anse from a Russian maker, Denis Rusakov. I had some of his pipes and sold them all. One was a Devil Anse, my favorite from all his pipes!! Lucky that I've got another and this one is even better. Last pipe I've got is a Dunhill Classic series Rhodesian. I'll try to stop with three pipes and enjoy. Do you think is a good number? 😉
I have some questions about my Dunhill pipe, about marking and other stuff. If there is anyone in the forum who can help me, please let me know. If all of you want to know my doubts about my pipe, I'll be glad to share with you.
Enjoy the weekend
Cheers
Juan

Well, I reckon it depends on how much you smoke. I have a pipe 3-4 times a day and have 14 in my rotation which gives me plenty to let rest and smoke. I'd say if ya smoke one pipe more them 4-5 times a day and smoke every day, you need more pipes......but, I could be bias.

Maybe a bowl or two every month. There are times, when I go to visit my family in Spain or when I go to the country house that yes, then at least one a day. I think that with three I'll be covered. By the way, you make some awesome pipes Sir. Regards

Juan, toss your Dunhill questions up in another thread, preferably with some pictures. I'm sure someone can help or at least point you in the right direction

Juan, toss your Dunhill questions up in another thread, preferably with some pictures. I'm sure someone can help or at least point you in the right direction Hello, Justin, Thank you! I guess I have all my doubts clear. I thought the pipe was from '92 but no, is from '99. The ring is not gold but brass and there is no Dunhill Classic Series engraved on the ring, just Classic Series. I got the pipe on a business trip to Moscow. Nice souvenir I wanted a Dunhill for a long time, so finally got one. Now I just have two pipes. I'm thinking if I should stop with two or get one more to make a nice number, THREE! I have to think a little bit longer. There is a little problem, my wife hates the smell of tabacco... hehehe. I have to find a strategy, a plan. Smoking at night after dinner, outside and right after go to the shower works. Before I was smoking some strong English tabacco, now I started with some aromatics to reduce the pure tabacco smell in my clothes... also works. Little be little I'll find the best way, hahaha. She at least don't say no, but I know her for many years and I understand her feelings about the smell. I don't smoke a lot, but there are times when we are traveling in the country side, that I smoke daily... like know I would like to try couple new tabacco, but I can't find them here in Russia, only in US and in two different shops. I'll keep trying to find them in the same shop to avoid double shipping cost Cult - Blood Red Moon Boswell Pipes & Tobacco - Cupcake Sorry for my English Regards Juan

Juan, your English is fine. Three pipes? Good start, but I'll bet the farm that's not the end of it.

Thank you, appreciated Now only two, maybe three and later who knows maybe I will have a farm or a fourth pipe, hehehe. I was after one Dunhill ODA 850 on Ebay... lost it. Lucky me that I was strong enough to stop bidding. Ebay can be dangerous if you have no stop Studying the Castello pipes right now
