Hello all from North Carolina, I have been smoking pipes five years. I like restoring old pipes almost as much as smoking them, some of my favorites are craggy deep blasted pipes. Early Ashton, Patent Shells, and early Grabows. Early American and English pipemakers dominate my rotation, with some French and Italians thrown in, I like classical shapes my favorite being saddle billiards I have a few bent stems but find myself smoking straight stems more often. I like panel shaped billiards but never smoke them much LOL. I like searching through antique stores and finding pipes to repair, restore, and/or clean up. I am going to start posting some of my pics here and look forward to talking with and looking at yalls writings and pictures, thanks talk to you all soon!--Chris

adding my welcome/greets from 50miles East of Buffalo, NY. Family in Dunn, NC. long timer at old ASP + a few other places that no longer exist or now at Facebook. Probably still have "seniority" here, if anybody can beat 12/40...I've done lost same. More freehands than classics, long time lata-holic.
Hope you enjoy your stay & contribute
