Hello everyone, I'm Ken and please feel free to call me Ken. Started smoking pipes a couple months ago after finding a few of my Grandfathers pipes. (thought they were all lost after my Grandmother threw them away) My dad must have found the ones she didn't know about and I found them when clearing out my dad's house after his passing. I seem to enjoy smoking them and have quit smoking cigarettes in favor of the pipe. After checking this site out I learned more about pipes in a short time than I would have on my own. I hope to learn more as I go along and hopefully contribute some knowledge down the road.

Hello Ken, Grandfather's pipes is a good place to start from, a more vested starting point. That and the first round if/when we meet is all I can offer for the moment. Til then....Welcome from the former Republic of Texas and .... Enjoy! Greg

adding my welcome/greets from 50miles East of Buffalo, NY. Really old time from old ASP days + some other now-dead forums. So far I can claim "seniority" here & at the attached chat. If can beat 12/40, I'd be glad to lose same!

welcome from Charleston, WV!
