I had a bowl of this just there now, so here are my thoughts...
The tin smells of love hearts. I'm not sure if these are available in the USA. They're sweets (candy) with different messages on them. They apparently come in a variety of fruit flavours, and I suppose that's what the tin smells like. If you've ever had love hearts you'll know the smell.
The tobacco was a tad moist so I blasted it in the microwave for 13 seconds and that took the excess moisture out of it.
Upon lighting, the smoke smelled a lot like the tin - I could detect the love heart aroma (of course couldn't taste anything), but it was pleasant - not unlike other aromatics out there.
About a quarter of the way down the bowl I could start to detect some of the tobacco flavours (I think) - at one point it smelled like weed. After that I got the aroma of marzipan and perhaps coconut.
Due to the drying, the tobacco burned well and left no dottle, but then again, I smoked it in my Legend.
All in all, a nice aromatic.

I just started getting into the blend. I purchased a tin of it a few months ago before it was selected. I got the bigger tin as there was a sale and inside the tobacco was in a plastic bag that left little to be desired when it came to being sealed. As such, the tobacco was rather dry so I had to do some rehydration.
I'm not sure if it is due to the lack of a good seal on the bag or not but mine I think more of a mulled wine and fruit cake combination on the tin note. The very first lighting of this blend I can taste that as well and then it quickly goes away to be much lighter than expected. An aromatic with a kind of potpourri thing in taste and smell for lack of a better term.
This is just after two bowls so a long way to go before a real idea. I smoked a bowl of H&H Egg Nog after a bowl of Solani Festival and it had a stronger taste of the aromatics to it than this on my tongue but then again, mine was pretty darn dry to start with. I think I'm going to get a smaller tin that has a better seal as with mine being so dry, it might have really changed what this blend truly is.

I hope you make it through the rest of your day as you seem to be inviting calamity. Just so I will not worry about you, promise you will change this to 12 or 14 seconds next time.

This is my first attempt at reviewing tobacco so here go's
Upon opening tin I smelled sugar dates. It was a little moist so I let it air for a half hour and loaded my pipe. On the char light it was pure sweetness and when lit was still very sweet. As I smoked it I could taste some vanilla but the main flavor I picked up on was between cotton candy and candy corn. I judge the room note by reaction of my wife and daughter. The came down where I was smoking it saying it smelled great.
Overall I really enjoyed this selection and will order more it.

I've had one bowl so far, and would liken this blend to a chameleon. I'll smoke more before I give my mini review. It's starts kinda plummy, red wine notes, kinda fruity. About halfway through the bowl, I got that sweettarts thing that Legend Lover mentioned.

After nearly a month and many bowls, I still feel the same as I did in the begining. With that said, smell and taste are subjective and these are only my thoughts. The tin note is strong but the smoke is light. It truly needs to be sipped or any taste goes away as its quite delicate. So despite the strong smells from the tin, it lightens up once lit up. I still get muled wine and fruit cake notes in this blend while smoking. In a few months I'll pick up some candy hearts though as Legend Lover mentioned them as a reference to this blend. Its been so long since I've had them that I cannot put the two together and my curiosity is peaked. A great blend for aromatic lovers. A great blend for the season and other times too. A great blend for those around you as it has a pleasing and sweet room note. A blend I plan to enjoy more of in the future.
