So I just checked my mailbox to get my junk mail, and there's a 2.3 lb box in there from Lady M! She spent twelve dollars on just the dang postage! Holy cow, I wasn't expecting that. Can't take pictures unfortunately, but I love me the flakes, and it's a tin of Gawith Navy Flake, which is going to be excellent, another tin of C&D Speakeasy Navy Blend, another VaPer flake (my favorite, estimated peak: 10-12 years (yeah, that'll happen)), and a bigass double tin of MacBaren Navy Flake, which was on my bucket list!
Plus, the tins were sitting on a big ONE POUND bag of Luxury Navy Flake, my favorite tobacco! Wow. Thank You Lady M. I even got a Christmas card on the box saying nice things. She said she bought the LNF before I used the $50 gift card the Sneaky Santas got me to buy another pound of LNF. I thought the Sneaky Santas were masterminded by Lady M, now I know differently. I did notice who liked my post thanking the Sneakys for the gift card. (It was roadsdiverged, MarkinOR, LL, isett, Dramatwist, coyote, haebar and antb, so I know it was some of you)
Lady M knows what I like. You see Margaret, if I have $50 to spend on tobacco, I go right to the Stokkebye section and blow the whole thing on LNF  Now I have TWO POUNDS of LNF, four tins of primo flake from the Lady, and trailbosses numerous tins of flakey flakes and snufftie snuffs. Wow.
Thank. You. Very. Much. She even made sure the card had sparklies on it, like the pipe she made me.
Pipers are the most generous people in the world, and the most generous of those are usually not the most rich. Thank you very much.

Yeah, Mr. diverged, and you are a prime suspect with the first like on the Sneaky thank you. Oh and, I didn't even mention the five packs of pipe cleaners (need those), and the magnificent royal meerschaum from Charlie. Damn, what a day. Thank you Lady M, thank you Charlie, and thank you Sneakys.

It was a fantastic CARE pack, thank you! I'm drying the flakes. I'm lucky to have a bunch of tubs and jars from the windfall, so was able to jar the LNF. Really looking forward to the MacBaren, but it's not a VaPer, it's a Burley, Va and Cavendish blend. Also comes with the gold foil paper, which makes it smoke better.

I see a common theme... flakes.
It is hard to improve on a good flake tobacco, the compactness makes for fewer jars, and the process allows the varietals to meld nicely.... and the crystals from aging give also as much a visual delight as smoking. You can put a small amount of flakes in a pouch and get quite a bit of mileage. They rub out nicely, cube cut, fold and stuff... whatever floats your boat.
