Ah, had a package delivered yesterday at my daughter’s from a member for the holidays. I know he sent me a great tobacco. I’ll get it from my daughter later when we all meet at my son’s for their Christmas dinner. I can not mention the member without permission, but I’ll definitely post pictures. For my holiday, Hanukkah I received “ nada...nothing....not even a cookie “ from any of my grandchildren. The parents should have made sure to remind them. Christmas is not my holiday, I participate out of respect for my children and grandchildren. To be honest, I’d much rather not go and have my daughter pick up her Mom and take her!!!

Merry Christmas, All! That is a beauty, Peter. My haul: I finally got a Sav 320. My wife and I are well past the "buy something and surprise her/him" stage so I told her what to get for me. I look forward to taking it for a spin in a little while...  |

I was in shock and almost cried when she handed it to me because she told me as much as she loved having it she felt my grandfather would would love that I had it and would smoke it. I have a wonderful big sister.

 The Savinelli is 2018, Peterson 2016. Kiribi lighter. I bought the pipes and the Mrs. gifted the lighter and tobacco. She did well with the baccy, it is right in my English/Balkan wheelhouse. |

Not exactly "Pipe" related but it is "MANCAVE" related !  The kids picked me up a DIY Jersey frame. Definitely not a professional job but hey, they wanted $300+ @ Michaels & Hobby Lobby. This was a $50 ebay find. |

Dad got me a few pieces of briar, including a grade 2 Mimmo plateau. Also, some acrylic and Ebonite. My brother in law got me a pipe roll. Mother in law got me a cork knocker ash tray.

A member of the Patch sent me a surprise, can’t wait. My daughter will drop it off in about an hour or two. She’s taking her Mom to our son’s for dinner. I’m staying back here, not feeling my best.
