I have shopped with Pipes & Cigars for several years now.Even back when they were in NY..Nothing I've said here recently was meant in a negative way towards them.I have always received low prices and great friendly service from them.I plan to continue to do business with them as long as things remain as they have been..I am very concerned though as to what effect continued escalating prices in pipe smoking circles could have on it's future....I hope it never comes to a let's get what we can while we can attitude.

Probably 90% of my cellar has come from P&C, they have always treated me great, and the few issues resolved, played in my favor.

P&C is still having issues with the changeover to a new inventory system at Lane Ltd. Same bugaboos as they had in Bethlehem. I hope they get things sorted out soon but it has been a while.

Had an issue this summer when they did the inventory switchover. Only issue I had with them this year, otherwise everything was correct and shipped promptly.

I've had about 4 orders each with P&C and SP with no problems getting them and shipping was pretty quick. I will not buy another pipe off SP since I had one that was 3 weeks old and the 4th time I smoked it gave it a little tap in my hand and the stem broke. Called them up to see what could be done and just got a that's too bad here's a number of a guy we recommend to repair the pipe. I'll have almost as much in the repair and shipping each way as I paid for the pipe.

Never had a single problem with P&C. Probably 3/4 of my cellar is from them.
And they have the most creative and talented blender currently active under their roof.

I had a member reach out to me to fix it. |

I have no issues with P&C as well. Some of their sales are really hard to beat (I wait for the end of the month take another % off deals) such that ~ 50% of my cellar comes from there.

In regard to P&C, I haven't had any issues. Some of the packaging has been a bit interesting, but the tobacco inside has always been fine and their sales have been pretty hard to beat. |
