Last pipe for a few hours.............
Reiner Professional Blend dated 2009. An enjoyable aromatic that does not need to be sipped.
Pipe of choice: Pipes of Malta Meer Billiard bowl with a wide saddle stem. Custom made for me in 1987 and purchased while living on The Island of Malta. đź‘Ťđź‘Ť

Starting off my smoking day with a bowl of year 2014 Edward G. Robinson's Pipe Blend in a 2014 Basil Meadows smooth slight bend squashed tomato with an aluminum band and a black pearl acrylic stem. A cup of Maxwell House, neat, is my drink on this very chilly, sunny day. Watching Trouble in Sundown on TCM.

Good belated morning, briarites. First thing I did after breakfast was to resume the Wilke #191 that I started last night. The overnighting made it even better. Yummers. Next is the new to me Amphora Virginia, this time in the Comoy's Selected Straight Grain billiard.

Next is the new to me Amphora Virginia, this time in the Comoy's Selected Straight Grain billiard. As per usual...beautiful selected straight grain Comoy...gave my SSG Comoy to AJ, a very handsome pot...great smoker. Started my day with butternut burley in a stained cob...next up is B.B. Alamo in a bent brandy by RdPipes...a wonderful Christmas gift from a truly great guy.

Earlier I finished the last of my D&R Raccoon's Delight in a Lady Margaret Mark Twain cob. If you enjoy Virginia/Burley blends, I highly recommend it. It's not a typical VA/BUR due to the perique processed Virginia, giving it a fermented note.
