My last bowl of Red Odessa from my "currently smoking" jar.
It feels good to get 1 of these empty. Working on about 30 jars and 50 ziplocs is tough work.

I have a number of jars and tins open. Every so often I get bored and want to open something else. I’m usually reluctant to open anything new because I have so many open.

Wolfman I keep telling myself that I'm not going to open anything else. I was doing good for a while but then cracked 2 tins last month. I bought some plum pudding in May that I still havent even tried... but I just bought 3 more tins. Im doing my best to smoke through my "samples," but I fear there is no end. I'm sure I could smoke what I have in my current rotation for the next year and still not be finished. I'm on my last bit from a jar of Voodoo Queen in a GBD Statesman gifted to me by Walt. The bad part is I have 8 oz out for delivery today. I'm going to jar it and throw it in storage. That will be 2 jars emptied today. If I can get 2-3 bowls of Billy Budd Blonde down, it will be 3.

A pleasant bowl of HH ODF in my mountain king stack, while listening to a wonderful rendition of the Peer Gynt suite's "Solveig's Song" by a great soprano. Appropriate to the pipe and this piece nearly brings a tear to my eye.

I liked it but I've only smoked 1 bowl of it so far. Also, aros are fairly new to me. It's hard to give a full opinion on it. Nice and mellow and burned perfectly, that's about as far as I can go for now. LSUTigersFan can probably give a better review for it, he has smoked more. And I believe it was out of stock yesturday when I looked.

About a quarter of the way through this bowl of year 2015 Savinelli Doblone d’Oro in the first pipe Trever Talbot made when he went to France many years ago. It's a smooth straight Algerian briar Billiard bowl with a long Canadian shank and vulcanite saddle stem, unbranded. The skies are grey and it's cold outside. Bad weather is ahead.

The Country Squire - Figgy Pudding in a Baraccini Churchwarden. How is that blend? I’ve been wanting to pull the trigger on some but havent I got some to smoke on Christmas Day and enjoyed it. Since, I’ve smoked it maybe three times, always pleasant. Like Josh, I’m new to aros. It is not overpowering, and doesn’t come with a “chemical” smell either.

It's a really tasty cherry soda from North Carolina. Kind of tastes like a Cherry Coke but with more cherry and less cola. They sell them at World Market and Bed, Bath and Beyond if you can't find it in the grocery stores in your area.
