It's unlikely but in case someone here doesn't know.It's a picture of Sparky Anderson smoking a pipe back when he managed the Detroit Tigers..Back before folks ordered online I ordered tobacco from a shop in Michigan.You filled out an order sheet mailed it in with a check and in a few days your tobacco and another order sheet showed up.On that order sheet was a promotion that said you were ordering tobacco from the place that Sparky Anderson ordered his.The smoke shop and Sparky are both gone now but the fond memories remain...Tomorrow I'm going to tell you about a very emotional encounter that I personally had with Sparky.

Looking forward to reading your story once you write it. I knew Sparky Anderson was an avid pipe smoker.....that’s what calmed his nerves......lol. A heck of a man, May he REST IN PEACE.

bouwser his. I used to live pretty close to Detroit. Sparky Anderson was/is a LEGEND around those parts.

Oh man, I’m interested to hear the story. As I understand it, he tended to smoke Kaywoodie pipes.
