Almost three years now. Just wanted to thank the mods for not kicking my sorry arse out of here when I deserved it and all the members for putting up with my bullshite when they didn't deserve it.
Nothing sage to pass on this morning, just my sincerest thanks to y'all.

I feel weird writing congratulations since you were here way before me.
But congratulations buddy. I'm glad you're here. Your contribution is much more meaningful than mine. 😁

Well, maybe there is one little tid bit to pass on. There's a colt running in the 10th race at Gulfstream today named Code of Honor. He's not much of a secret as he was bet down to 13-1 in the first Kentucky Derby future pool over Thanksgiving weekend. That's pretty crazy in my book as I'd expect 300-1 on any critter to win Derby in November. Damn Internets.
I had him in the Breeders' Cup Juvenile future book at 31-1 but he scratched on race day after spiking a fever. Good on his trainer, Lexington native Shug McGaughey, for not taking the chance. This was only the second time in my betting career it ever happened. The first was 1992 when A.P. Indy scratched the morning of the Kentucky Derby due to a hoof bruise. He went on to win the Belmont, Breeders' Cup Classic and was named Horse of the Year.
Keep an eye on this one for 2019 Kentucky Derby. He appears a little slight of build for my preference now but they grow up fast in their third year and he already has a good racing mind. He'll be one of the favorites for Derby if he can qualify in the Florida Derby and 4-1 is still pretty sweet ROI.

Mark, you're a hell of a good guy. I always enjoy your posts and dry sense of humor. I appreciate your PMs, and find it fascinating that your follow the horses. My father was a horse race guy, too.
Anyway, congrats on the 3K and please keep 'em coming... this place would be a lot less without you.

I would really miss this group of friends and I try to be on my best behavior. I enjoy your posts. You are pretty decent for a yankee. 😉😁🤠

Great guy in my book! I'm glad to have "met" you.
Maybe I should give up the lottery tickets and move on to horses!! I'm sure the ROI is much better and less determined by chance.
