.I know someone that owns a Oklahoma Joe purchased from Lowe's. Two years later the seal leaked and the company sent a new on at no charge. Same principle as The Egg but much cheaper. Also my son uses a Vision, after MANY years the seal needed to be replaced....that’s it. HAPPY HUNTING 👌👍👍 Love the ceramic style just 350+ $ more than my budget My father in law had a giant ceramic smoker out below his deck. That thing was amazing.

exchef might be able to help... Among others. You rang? Quintsrevenge, It really depends on what you hope to do with it. With vertical smokers, you lose footprint for things like multiple racks of ribs but you gain the ability to "stack". With a horizontal smoker, you gain horizontal footprint which in my opinion is better for things like ribs, brisket and other large piece meats, however the trade off is that if you are looking to smoke something smaller it almost always feels like a waste. I'll check out the two smokers you mentioned and give some opinions but have to say the best smoker i ever used was a 50gal galvanized trash can with chicken wire when I was in culinary school. Cut an opening in the bottom to add charcoal/wood, and a vent in the top. Simple as could be. ExChef ExChef, what did you say to the customers when they wanted a tour of the kitchen?

Never had the white chocolate on it but the bread pudding & bourbon sauce is one of my favorites. TOP favorites.
