we have a local store that has 5 outlets throughout the state, well run, clean, good steaks and seafoods, wife always stops, shops and always buys me a plastic small bowl of Italian Fig Cookies. Pricy, but good, 6 little cookies made like fig newtons but so damn good. Last week she brought me one and it contained 4.5 cookies for $4.50. I don’t usually use the computer to bitch, I like the look em in the eye approach. Fired off an e-mail, this morning got a call from the manager, surprised I was told that this was an outside vendor and she was gonna pass it up to her boss, I made sure she understood that wife thinks highly of personnel who are very helpful. No wonder this store has succeeded.  |

A good cookie is worth the price👍👍. Seems you got a fast response, did they offer you a free whole cookie on your next visit? It’s like $1.00 a cookie, since you paid $4.50.....on one you received a half cookie.....lol. You deserve a new whole cookie!!!

4 and a 1/2 cookies? I'd say someone doesn't want to give an inch or it was a screw up in packaging.
I'd like to think the later. There's a place not to far from me, use to be closer but, I'm not anymore
that makes the same cookies my Mom use to make for me at Christmas time. She use to call them Lace cookies but,
they have another name for'em I think coconut pralines?. Every time I'm near them I can't stop myself from going in and buying at least two dozen. There not cheap either, I think about a buck a piece but, well worth it to me.
