Looks like you could fix that up with a little duct tape and maybe an old table cloth.My 2 pups are into destroying garden hoses at the moment,I went around on Monday and disconnected them all from the hose bibbs to prevent them from breaking a water line while I'm away.My 2 are 8 months old....On the plus side they have killed a couple of gophers.
