Outstanding work Josh. The Prehistoric is my favorite finish in the GBD line. Owning several in this line I can say in all honesty that they are superb smoking pipes. JMO but I think GBDs are way under priced and are a super value. AJ I agree with you 100%. The first 2 that were gifted to me are fantastic smokers. There will be more added to my collection in time. I love them and they can be found very cheap. After pics will come at some point today. Cleaning grime off and then a very light polish. I'm out of stems of my own to clean up. So far this one was the worst. And it is indeed hand cut Thank you all again. |

Very good Jason, those Japanese will polish and collect ANYTHING.........even the well sought after beetle dung balls.....all buffed up and boxed.
This would be the absolute perfect gift from me to one specific member here on the Patch, he’d enjoy the boxed dung and open often for a good sniff...😜😜🤪🤪😂😂😂😂

Perfect driving pipe. It just hangs perfectly without having to bite down and it sits comfortably.
Its maiden voyage (with me) was Peter Stokkebye Proper English.
Now to find some more... I really like the way the "prehistorics" look.

My hat is off to you Sir. I sand till my fingertips bleed for a living so I got an idea of the work you put into it. Beautiful in all respects. One of my absolute favorite pipe shapes. You've earned the right to walk like a rooster while smoking it.
