They have withdrawn nothing that effects us the end consumer. All they have basically done is withdrawn the deeming regulation that when you now submit an application for a tobacco related product they will not reject them if they are not filed out correctly. Has no effect on anything that relates to the us the consumers.

That's true, poppa, but it is something. Any softening by the FDA is rare and rejecting applications for any reason is what they are all about despite what they say. In order to move forward for our cause I can only stress that constant contact with our elected reps will be effective.
