Didn't bother with the 2018. 2017 was not a kake, just tightly packed. I think two of the C&D Christmas blends, Yore and Kings, were similar. This was not bad, but certainly told no story.

I've had the 2018 and the 2017. Both were just "ok" fresh.
The 2017 was better after a year in the jar. I'm hoping for the same out of the 2018. I'll find out this coming holday season.
But, I'm not buying any future versions. There are much better blends more regularly available and at a better price.

My exact feelings. I purchased one for AJ as well. He stated that 2017 was kind of blah compared to the prior years. I definitely wasn’t impressed with the fruit juice that was used. No more Thanksgiving Day blend for me @ $80.00 a pound!!

It wasn't really my cup of tea the few times I tried it.

Interesting - I thought there would be more of a following. Thanks for the input so far.
