This really caught my eye:
if a bachelor was to earn a living back there, it sounds like a great place to get an apartment, or buy a house in the historic district if the area is going through a renaissance.

I wonder what happened with his last new location he moved to last year. I know a couple of guys who went to the grand opening last summer and had some good reviews of the old new place.  |
