SP and many other online retailers simply don't care, as they (rightly) figure that it is not their responsibility to enforce the (unenforceable) law of another state. So in a general sense, it's easy to get around. Just not when the only retailer who has what you're looking for is the one who randomly decides to enforce another state's law for some reason! In Vancouver though, you're basically a suburb of Portland. You could just rent a mailbox in OR if ya wanted. |

My orders have always been confirmed and shipped quickly. I received some interesting "boxes" from them a few times last year, but everything inside was always fine.  |

I know for a fact that SP tracks their inventory to the minute. Order a pound of bulk and if only 4 ounces left, they flag your cart immediately.
