Months ago I posted a rant, my favorite Italian fig cookies 6 for 4.99$ were purchased and I only had 5. The Supermarket here is well known, well run, clean and had a website. I did something I’ve never done I bitched about the cookies, really more of a fig Newton. Then I forgot about it. I then get a phone call from the manager and apologizes , they buy them from a desperate vendor, etc,etc,. Told her wife likes their store but they were still too high. Today after having a Necular Stress Test she stopped at the Supermarket, bought me the Italian fig cookie, and Viola they were $3.99, so can I take credit for the drop in price, looking in the plastic box there was only 5 fig cookies, Damn they gripped me out of one.   |

Brad, I remember your original rant, thought you would be sent a coupon for a free package of cookies......the least they could have done!

Wife says across from rib dinners, you have to look, by wedding cake cookies, they are the best, she says sometimes they are out, but had a good assortment today. Bakery counter told wife about them. PS I meant dependent vendor.
