As a lot of you know, we’ve been looking to sell the lake house because financially it’s becoming a burden. We’ve had tire kickers and some low ball offers but yesterday and today we had a couple come by and the love the place. If I can get some good vibes from my friends here that this transaction works out to everyone’s benefit, I’d sure appreciate it.
On a side note, the husband (awesome guy), is a cigar smoker. He saw my humidors and pipe hutch and said “wow, that’s a ton of tobacco, are you afraid of running out”?. Then he looked at the humidors and mentioned he’d never had an Opus x. I told him that if things work out, after we close, he and I can come back here and smoke an Opus in his new yard with him.

Well, the deal that this post was in reference to, Didn’t work out. I was very disappointed but then had a couple come over to look at the house last week. Sunday night around 830 at night they made me an offer of my full asking price and I’m sending over the contract tomorrow. Thanks for all the good vibes being sent!
