The wife tagged me on social media on this recipe knowing that I like French onion soup....the pork chops give the soup more horsepower as an entree...my pics do not do it justice, but they are deeelishus!
And as I said in another thread, at .49 cents per pound for pork chops, definitely in my comfort zone for comfort food.

I doubt that...hard to beat mashed potatoes and corn...gravy when done right is nectar to me.
