Prior to the recent across the board application of sale taxes, I used the Plus 4 tag on my 5 digit zip code. This was my 4 digit po box #.
However, all my online tobacco/pipe purchases came with #5192 as the last 4. Neither the Post Office or Retailers would give a satisfactory explanation.
Since the new tax implementation, packages now arrive with my correct 4 digit, PO Box number.
Has anyone else experienced this?
