I have a Kaywoodie Natural Burl which had a frozen stinger. Everything unscrewed from the shank and was stuck in the stem, joeman helped me devise a way to extract it from the stem and then I had the below two pieces which were stuck together. I tried everything to separate the two pieces but finally the corroded stinger broke. I have gotten the broken stinger out and screwed the piece back into the shank but am left with nothing in the stem.
Does anyone know where to get one? Does anyone have one they would like to trade for tobacco, a wife, some top secret information? I really shouldn't tease about the top secret information

There is a 3 hole an a 4 hole stinger. The 4 hole will not fit into a 3 hole shank. They can be smoked perfectly fine without stingers. a lot of people cut them off so they have a open draw an no mess.

I understand that a lot of people cut the Stingers off completely but my problem is I have nothing to thread into the stem to screw it into the shank. I wish there had been something recognizable when I first took the pipe apart. I may end up having to just send it to someone to make sure they can match the threads properly? That's the nice thing about this form!

I went through some other Kaywoodies and found this one that works. It has the top hole and 4 holes in the ball.
