Not being from there other than driving a rig through there...this is about an hour and 15 away...keep in mind if you drive west...a recent podcast, sounds like a great shop.

I know Brian personally and can tell you that you wont find a better shop, or a better guy around. Take the ride and check it out. You won't regret it.

I'll be moving back to the Buffalo area in a month or two, and will certainly stop in to Smokers Haven. It is right around the corner from my sister-in-law.

I hit Virgil avenue tobacconist in a pinch a few times, simply because it was closer to where we were at the time. They don't have a good selection of pipe tobacco, just a few house blends.

As for Rochester, there looks to be some tobacco shops...you should be able to find a good place pretty easy. Hopefully someone here can suggest a good club or shop close to you, but I would echo Sparks and suggest you visit the Buffalo area a few times, there is a lot of things to do and see.
