Thanks for the heads up, but at $22.00 for 2 Oz. tins... way past my comfort zone.
$352.00 per pound, I would rather try to bag unicorn farts.

Seriously though, with an excellent blend like Arango Balkan for around 40.00 and change per pound, it hardly makes sense to pay those outlandish prices. I would rather bag unicorn farts as well.

They claim they have a gift for people in person at their table in Chicago, but I cannot go.
Anyone able to help me obtain this please pm me. I would greatly appreciate the help.

Before the internet hype machine got ramped up, these were just good Germain blends. They’re still the same, it’s everything else that has changed (including the price).

I'm sure those blends are nice, but they need to offer their tobacco at a competitive price. 2x what everybody else sells 2 oz at is quite extreme. But if someone is in love with it the price may be tolerable. But it's not in my price range for tobacco.

No Krumble Kake no new order for me.
As long as people pay it, Premel will keep doing it. I bought a couple each the first go around but it seems the prices were a tad under $20. Anyone recall exactly?

My guess is that Smoker's Haven saw what tins were selling for on the secondary market and decided to price accordingly. I recall seeing SH tins online immediately after sale through SH going for between $25-$30 on eBay. This price hike will likely discourage flipping.

Though I'm sure you are probably right, the price hike will also discourage retail sales.

I recently picked up three tins and two 8oz bags of Esoterica blends and paid $17.00 a tin and $64.00 a bag. I thought it wasn't bad compared to what they go for on ebay and private sales. At least I know my B&M is not trying to rape people on prices.

At least I know my B&M is not trying to rape people on prices. Churchills tobacco shop in Topeka KS asked $48.00 for 8oz bags of varying Escoterica blends a few months ago. The owner also opened a few bags selling the blends at $6.00 an ounce. If the bag is not named Stonehaven or Penzance, one can sometimes find Escoterica tobaccos 8oz offerings for around 70 on eBay. PS Tobacco taxes might be the difference when comparing prices from state to state.
