Tobacco Pipes doesn't really say anything about it. Brandon Brooks is the pipe maker. Do you know anything about him? What about this demands $1,000 price tag?

The claw looks well executed. The bowl seems an afterthought and stem arrangement looks fragile.

The same cost justification could be said about ANY pipe that has a price of $1000.00. Sometimes we like and acquire items based on how they look, which is usually what sells a $1000 pipe. Or a Land Rover. Or a pair of Gucci loafers. Im not saying Im going to buy it - but if I had money to burn, Id consider it. |

Looks to be a well crafted/carved pipe, just not for me. Would look fabulous framed and hung on a wall👌👍👍

I’m not at all a fan of those ringed shank to stem treatments. To me they look cheap, and indicative of just not taking the time and energy to craft a smooth connection. I see them from a lot of makers lately, Florov, Markle, Nerrup, and others. Pet peeve? Yep.
