AJN #3... an excellent blend personally made by a member of another forum and was generously gifted to me. Must have used a superb Burley with a light sweet Latakia. It has a Rich Dark Chocolate note with a nuttiness in the background. Absolutely NO bite if pushed. Can be an all day smoke!!
Pipe of choice: Aldo Velani smooth Pot with an Octagonal shank and a slightly bent wide stem. This briar has a stunning grain and is absolutely flawless.👍👍

Smoking H&H Chatham Manor in a smooth Savinelli Dolomiti 320 KS with water on the side. Watching The Third Man (1949) starring Orson Welles. ...excellent movie... Orson Welles did a radio show spin off from that movie. It is great too, and perfect to listen to while puffing. And they even got the amazing Anton Karas, who played zither for the movie.

Three Nuns in a Mehmet ali Barinci Meerschaum straight billiard, slightly rusticated. Accompanied by Peet's coffee and eyeing a Virgil's Root Beer. My wife doesn't like me drinking soda pop because of the sugar (she is diabetic) but I just love Virgil's.

Woah!!! Havent seen you post here in a while Ron. Welcome back This Redwood taste nothing like any of the descriptions I've read. I've been smoking a bowl of it about once a week for a few months. All it taste like to me is wood. Not burning wood, not fruity wood, just like I've pit a black of wood in my mouth... maybe I'm missing something here.

This pipe is truly a work of Art. Pierre was also a fine sculpture, some of his fine craft is in the Louvre Museum. His son followed his Dad’s craft of fine hand made pipes.
