At the CPCC (Chicago) show in Pheasant Run yesterday, the Great RussO came over with a delight. Actually three delights. He was getting creative, trying to deal with the perfidious FDA impending Deeming rules, and decided to produce 3 new blends with some novel processing methods, including a double pressurizing technique. One cake is a Virginia, which I suspect is in the fabulous Blind Tasting (VA flakes this year), the second a VA/Per and the last a Balkan. They look very dark and smell delicious. I can't wait this morning to give them all a puff when the show opens.

+1 ^^^^^^^^ with your opinion Les. Enjoy the rest of your stay in Chicago. I’ve yet to smoke a RO blend I didn’t enjoy👌👍👍

I've been curious about this as he talked about double pressing and using it on some new blends coming this summer. I was excited to not only learn about and getting to try them but also because I've been playing with a few custom blends where I too have been double pressing.
Side note, Sutliff is there and will be showing off new blends too. I cant remember if its three or five new ones.
