After smoking some really great gifted cigars, I have found I gravitate to a mild cigar, just bought a Sampler of 20, 5 Vegas Gold. The long ones 7.5 for cutting grass, and shorter ones for Porch Puffing.

Cinco Vegas cigars are a great lower cost choice. I like them too. They are an excellent yard cigar.

Do yourself a favor, buy a couple bundles and put them away, they start to really get amazing after about a year or so of age on 'em. Had a couple i dropped into the Pelidor (Pelican 1620 I use as a humidor) about 5+ years ago, they really are a tasty treat. ExChef

I'm no expert in cigars, but I'm on the same boat. My favourite cigars are hamlets. Not sure they're in the USA but they are labelled as a mild cigar.

What price range is your preference for a cigar? I tend towards ones that are about $3.75 or so per stick. I have found that a Lonsdale sized cigar will get me through all my lawn mowing. Just about perfect for that. Happy smokes.

Don they are 50 gauge, very mild and a real bargain, the 7.5 last me almost all my yard cutting, got a lot to cut, switched to zero turn because I cut around a lot of bushes my wife planted.

That is a good size cigar, Brad. I used to smoke a lot of 50-52g cigars in the 5" range. I think that is a Robusto if I recall correctly.

I'm with you Brad. I find I like milder cigars, particularly Macanudos. A little pricy for sure, but I guess I need to try those 5 Vegas cigars.

Even though I do enjoy darker/stronger cigars, I have always been a fan of mild connecticut cigars. My go to in this category are Carlos Torano Casa Torano's in just about any size. Great value too as I usually grab them for around $2 a stick.
Now, if you want to venture into the darker side and can find them, the Casa Torano maduro's are awesome especially in the smaller ring gauges.

They can be had for cheap and has a nice mild creamy smoke to it. I believe they use a double wrapper and it’s pretty flavorful for a mild stick www.holts.com/cigars/all-cigar-brands/cusano-connecticut.html

Scott, went to the shop you recommended and bought 16 of the Churchill’s, good price, 35$, no shipping and a free lighter. I really appreciate the advice.

I’m not much of a regular Connecticut guy but have enjoyed the smoothness and richness of this stick Great price too. Most retailers have them going for $5-$5.50 a stick. I love Holts
