Worst feeling : tongue bite or nicotine poisoning?

   The OP has not stated whether he inhales, which would play a big part in a nic hit when smoking a pipe or cigar. I agree if one smokes Borkum Riff it would be difficult to get a severe nic hit or nausea unless you inhale. Only God knows what toppings are in Borkum Riff.....lol.

A blend like Borkum Riff is best when not smoked overly moist or your more likely to get that dreaded tongue bite.
