Arrived today from Cup O' Joe's: It'll be the next tin cracked as soon as I finish my open tin of Solani ABF.

Great catch!!! Would be interested in your taste comparison between the two, Wessex & Solani. That's easy... Wessex is awesome, Solani is Ho-Hum. I find Solani has a tendency to get bland. It's a struggle to get through a whole tin. Wessex on the other hand, is one that I keep going back to when I have a tin open. Next thing I know, it's gone. Taste wise, I think the Wessex has a bit more underlying sweetness. Not in a cloying way, but that slight cocoa chocolate way. That cocoa flavor is more predominant in my mind also. Solani leaves more of a "dry" mouthfeel, if that makes any sense at all. Nice haul, Mark. I see it came back in stock at SP.com as well. I would snag another 10 tins, but I'm watching the budget.

Baboo, I think you will find Wessex "similar" to Edgeworth Sliced. I think some of the comparisons to it being identical are a bit far flung, but it's the closest thing I have tasted.

I agree with Sparks. It's not identical, but it's the closest thing to ES.

The Edgeworth, a vintage rarity, is one of my all time faves... I'm going to really enjoy the Wessex!
