Back in the early '80s I met Bill Walther at a local B&M and he was just starting to make pipes . I have two he made for me and they are two of the best pipes I own. Give his site a look: www.walthersmokingpipes.com/ He's a great person to deal with.

He creates/designs some beautiful pipes. A friend from Long Island owns two of his pipes. One I held last time I went for a visit, a beautiful fairly large Horn. Stunning grain, looked heavy but amazingly light. A bit pricey for me now.

The photos on the website are of some stunning pipes. Another talented pipe-maker. I wish I had the money to be able to splash out on a pipe like that.

My ‘73 Walther PPK is a smoker......now that it no longer jams......wouldn’t trade for any pipe👍👍👍
