Today at “Vernon Day”, JR participated in a weapons / karate demonstration. I’m so happy for my boy and his successes, not just in martial arts but in his growing into an amazing young man. Your son looked great, thanks for sharing. He’s also learning respect, discipline and courage. You and your wife should be extremely proud of your son’s accomplishments.

He is a Good looking kid, you sure you didn't jack someone else's video? But on the other hand, I bet he got the good looks from the wife.  The disciplines involved with the sport will serve him in very many avenues one would not even think of as he matures in life..I would be proud also. |

Well officially tomorrow night will be my first night back in a Karate Gi in 32 years. I’ll be taking the adult classes after Jr’s class earlier in the evening. Hope to god I don’t break a hip.
