I found this pipe interesting! I couldn't stop looking at it because I wondered how in the hell could someone think they were getting away with this. Or, if being pretty new to pipes, maybe I just never heard of this brand, or this country

I guess being an analytical person I can't stop thinking "how do you decide to do this" "how do you create the stamp using the wrong spelling" "how do you spend the time to analyze what a Nording pipe is" "how do you go to the trouble to know that a #4 is one of his markings" ........ and not realize, at any point in the process, that you have spelled the name of a country wrong?

It all depends on perspective. If you're from Denmark, then Danmark isn't unusual.

It's an easy mistake to make. I didn't know either until I googled it.
I suppose the maps I use have the countries in English so that's how I think they should be spelled.

I'm not concerned that I was wrong, hell, that happens all the time LOL
Its just the unfriendly angle the thread has taken a couple of times.
But it's still to learn.

I looked through this thread several times looking for something "Unfriendly", couldn't find it. I think you mistook someone just giving the facts and that's all to being coarse maybe.
You can't always read the written word the way it was intended by the writer, and it can be even harder to write something in a way that everyone will take it the same. That being said, I'm sure some have taken what I've written the wrong way a few (or more) times, its just the way it is, unless you write novels for a living.
