I'm going for broke today. Took a break to have a cream cheese and strawberry toaster pastry and now I'm trying C&D Quiet Nights (thank you, 10fulongs!) and that was a different experience. Not sure if I packed the pipe correctly, having to relight quite a bit, but overall it's very pleasant and am enjoying it. Smoking my MM nekid apple Diplomat with black bent danish stem. Approximately twenty minutes dry time on a plate before packing might help Maggie. Works for me. Now enjoying Uhle's #300 in an MM Country Gent, drinking hot black tea with lemon and getting the wood burning stove fired up.
